On Saturday, March 16th, the Upper School gym was filled with over 200 students and their families who came together to celebrate the many different cultures we have at Bentley. There was food, crafts, music, and, above all else, FUN!
Thank you to all who brought delicious food and volunteered their time to make the day a special experience for our students and families. A special thank you to event co-chairs Robin Latour and Mandeep Ahluwalia for their vision and tireless efforts in making this important event happen and to Megan Kelly, who made the craft tables spectacular. We can’t wait until next year’s celebration!

In preparation for the 8th-grade trip to Pinnacles National Park, the French D class spent our 75-minute period class exercising their French language skills by chatting about vacations and traveling.
As an ongoing practice for both students and teachers in grades 6-8, Bentley has partnered with Inner Explorer to provide 5-10 minutes of mindfulness throughout the week.
There is nothing quite like the first day of a new school year. It was wonderful to welcome all students back to campus on Wednesday.
We saw lots of smiles, laughter, and fist bumps as teachers ushered students back into the classrooms for the new year. For those of us who have been here all summer, it was delightful to see and hear the halls filled with conversation again.
We’ve added another layer of support within the middle school program this year. Grade-level deans for 6th, 7th, and 8th grades will be providing leadership in developing the advisory curriculum and supporting student success.
