Magical Creativity Unleashed: A Fairy-Tale Journey with Kate Korsh

Earlier this week, Kate Korsh, the renowned author behind the beloved Oona Bramblegoop's Sideways Magic series (and sister to our own Upper School Director Mr. Pukstas), captivated our third graders with an enthralling creative writing challenge. The task? To conjure up a fairy endowed with "whimsies," "whoopsies," "cozies," and accompanying companions. Together, the students embarked on a brainstorming journey, pooling their collective creativity to craft fantastical beings and set the stage for enchanting scenes.

The presentation was met with boundless enthusiasm from our students, who relished the opportunity to expand the horizons of their imaginations. It was a joyous occasion, fostering a sense of wonder and igniting a passion for storytelling within each young mind present.
