On Wednesday night, Middle School Students took the stage for the first time this year!
To kick things off, students from Design Thinking, Garden Art, and Visual Arts shared their wonderfully creative accomplishments from the trimester. The Chorus, who has been working with professional folk singer Astrid Kuljanic this fall, performed The Water is Wide, Down to the River to Pray, and Soldier, Poet, King, as recorded by the Oh Hellos. The Orchestra also played Appalachian Hymn and Wexford Circle. Performing Arts crews from the Grade 6 ADE class and the Improv Workshop tickled the audience with two silly and amazing improvisational sets. We are so appreciative of the teachers who make this all possible for our blossoming artists. Thank you to: Ms. Korican, Ms. Now, Mr. Nepomuceno, Ms. Navarro, Mr. Pannell, and Mr. Winbush.
